Fouad Bitar graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the Mustansiryah University in Baghdad (1980) then he worked as Chief Accountant for an Electromechanical company by the name of Cyprus Company for Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Services.

From 1989 to 1993 he worked as an Auditor in an audit firm in Baghdad.

He qualified as an Arabic Chartered Accountant in 1995 after passing all the reigorous examinations set by the Arabic Institute of Auditing

Fouad Bitar joined Al-Rubaie & Co. in 1998 in Jordan & continued his work in all the fields of the profession in auditing, accounting & consultancy till he became a Partner responsible for Auditing & for a very large sector of the Firm's clients.
