It also does expert document consulting (expert perusal) and translation. In detail, its services are: * Settlement of local and international trade disputes via commercial conciliation and arbitration. * Provide legal consultation on commercial conciliation and arbitration. * Organize conferences and workshops. * Provide lists of arbitrators, conciliators, experts and certified translators. * Appoint eligible arbitrators to look into a case upon demand of the parties involved. * Nominate experts specialized in technical, commercial and industrial aspects upon demand by the litigants or as requested by official bodies in the UAE (Courts of Law). * Develop an Information & Legislations Unit to focus on commercial conciliation and arbitration. DED - Dubai (members)
Department of Economic Development - Dubai organizes, regulates, and boosts trade and industry within the Emirate of Dubai.
It also plans and regulates the overall economic performance of Dubai, supervises its functions and supports the economic development to ensure the objectives of the Dubai strategic plan are achieved.
